At The Self Box, our expressive arts tutor Susie (a trained arts therapist) aims to help participants achieve the following learning outcomes:

1. Look Inward: Participants to look inwards and reflect on all of the parts of themselves that make them who they are.
2. Discovery of Something New: By participating in our program, you will unearth something new about yourself and how you bring these connections together.
3. Stop and Reflect: Gain insights into the profound connection between yourself and your overall well-being. Learn how to stop and be mindful.
4. Increased Creative Freedom: Experience the liberation of creativity by allowing your self to flourish.
