Contemporary Dance Programme (Ages 7, 8 and 9)
This fun and energetic four-week programme is designed to grow confidence, movement skills, and creative expression in tamariki aged 7–9.
Participants will:
- Strengthen listening and memory retention skills
- Learn to follow multi-step instructions
- Develop coordination, body control, strength, and flexibility
- Explore rhythm, movement, and storytelling through dance
Dates & Time:
- Tuesdays, 15 July – 5 August
- 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Tamariki will warm up, learn new dance movements, and help create a short routine to perform in the final session.
No experience needed – just come ready to move and have fun!
Please note this class is a drop off class and we ask for all parents to leave the classroom while the class is on. You are more than welcome to speak to the tutor prior to the class start date.
