Exploring Art Term 3 2025 Starts Tuesday 22nd July 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm

Produce your own original Art, inspired by the works of well known artists.

Are you interested in learning about painting and how different techniques and finishes are created and used to create masterpieces?

You will have access to an accomplished Artist and Tutor Valentine Venimore who will help you to explore history and art. He will support you to gain some new skills or refine the skills that you already have.

Join like-minded creatives in a great social environment.

This class is suitable for Adults.

As a not-for-profit organisation, NGĀ ART (Te Whare Toi o Ngaaruawaahia) relies on grants, community funding, and donations to keep our classes affordable and accessible for everyone in our community. This programme is generously subsidised thanks to funding support from TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) to assist with literacy and numeracy needs of our participants. You must attend 80% of the classes. At the same time we hope you will learn other useful and interesting skills and have a lot of fun learning with us.
