Art, Aroha & Autism Term 4

These five sessions are designed to provide autistic children aged 5 to 15 with a safe and welcoming space to explore a variety of creative activities at their own pace. We recognise that for many of the children we support, there are few environments that truly meet their needs. That’s why we’re offering this unique opportunity - a place where tamariki can engage in artistic expression in ways that feel comfortable, supported, and meaningful to them.

Session Dates: Tuesday's (13 October to 10 November 2026)
Time: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Location: NGĀ ART, 18 Herschel Street, Ngaruawahia

Cost: $40 (includes 1 adult + 1 child - if you need to bring more than one child please reach out to us to make this arrangement).

All art materials included and a light snack is provided.

Each session offers multiple self-directed creative stations including art, movement, music, and sensory play. Adults are required to stay and support their child. Our friendly team will be on hand to guide and assist you throughout the session.

By registering, you acknowledge that a parent or caregiver must remain with the child throughout the session.
