Are you ready to infuse more creativity, joy, and playfulness into your life? Look no further! Join our expressive arts program, "A Stitch in Time" and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery using embroidery.

At A Stitch in Time, our expressive arts tutor Susie (a trained arts therapist) aims to help participants achieve the following learning outcomes:

Mindfulness: The repetitive nature of stitching encourages a meditative state.

Emotional Expression: Participants use colors and symbols to represent feelings that may be difficult to verbalize.

Tactile Engagement: The hands-on activity promotes grounding and present-moment focus, which can be soothing for those experiencing anxiety or stress.
